PRODUCT MANAGER, TABLEAU SOFTWARE
April 2021 - Present
My focus is on understanding user needs and analyzing trends to prioritize opportunities that will drive growth through acquisition, engagement, and retention. I work closely with cross-functional partners to define solutions and partner with the engineering team to execute the product strategy and build an experience that people love.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, PNC HEALTHCARE
As the capstone to my MBA and the Technology Strategy and Product Management track, I worked on a team to develop a Go-to-Market strategy for a blockchain-based financial product that will help PNC's customers in the healthcare industry.

PRODUCT MANAGER MBA INTERN, TABLEAU SOFTWARE
May 2020 - August 2020
Designed feature to increase trial activation by 25%. Collaborated cross-functionally to iterate on product requirement documents; partnered with agile development team to uncover risks and refine user stories.
Cut time from user site request to site creation by 70% by developing user journey to understand customer pain points. Analyzed telemetry to devise hypothesis and A/B testing plan for user experience improvements.
Created 6-page narrative strategy to guide Tableau’s SaaS product within the Small and Medium Business segment. Performed market research, analyzed internal sales and marketing funnel data, and conducted customer interviews to form product vision and actionable roadmap for feature recommendations.
TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER & PROJECT MANAGER, HDR INC.
2016 - 2019
I spent this time working collaboratively with my clients on multi-modal projects throughout the state to improve transportation accessibility and increase safety for pedestrians and bicyclists. I led teams of engineers and designers to produce high-quality and innovative solutions.
Earned buy-in from CEO to include 3 new company-wide long-term employee retention policies in 5-year Strategic Plan by prioritizing strategies, conducting employee interviews, and analyzing 400+ data points.
Executed 5 project proposals to clients by cultivating marketing, business operations, and engineering teams to build a vision, capture technical requirements, and identify differentiation strategy.
Selected as an annual top 1% of employees to receive a Gold Pathfinders Award by pioneering five office-wide initiatives including a monthly random coffee-chat matching program; participation grew by 300% over 6 months.

I designed transportation infrastructure for clients throughout Arizona to improve access and safety.
Organized coordination efforts and facilitated communication for a multi-disciplined project with four internal teams and three external teams.
Pioneered company’s first program to foster personal and career development. Recognized by the CEO and Director of Engineering while also earning support to replicate in other offices.
MULTI-DISCIPLINED ENGINEER, RAYTHEON
2012 - 2014
Redesigned an org-wide process and accelerated productivity of design-to-production process by 25%. Designed training and presented to 50 engineers. Recognized by leadership as the Employee of the Quarter.

B&T is an MBAÂ club with about 225 members, focused on exposing students to career opportunities in technology functions and industries. As President, I lead a group of 6 Executive Board members charged with developing future industry leaders by engaging with technology experts, exploring the impact of emerging technologies, facilitating business case competitions, and networking with leading professionals at the most innovative companies in the world.

O& A provides a supportive environment to enhance the social, academic, and career experiences of current and prospective LGBTQ students, allies, and partners at Tepper. We equip future business leaders to be advocates in the workplace.

I served as the Vice-President of the company-wide employee resource group aimed at the career growth and engagement of young employees at HDR. In addition, I was the Denver Chapter Chair leading the local YPG.

I served as the treasurer for WTS Colorado managing and tracking the funds for the organization. WTS's programs, events and communications create tremendous connections, all in the name of helping women find opportunity and recognition in the transportation industry.

I served on various boards and committees both locally and nationally during my 5-year tenure. Committee tasks included developing younger member programming, coordinating statewide government relations activities, and advancing the civil engineering profession and the professional practice of civil engineers.

I co-led the reinvigoration of the local chapter of APBP. Our team developed events for professionals who are interested in growing the pedestrian and bicycle profession and its influence.
